Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform end to end of online eCommerce merchant management and operations environment
- Manage SKU listing and uploading from time to time
- Work closely with our Category Management team to do end to end support
- Manage Merchants enquiries and relationships
- Daily merchant communications for example on order fulfillment and customer services
- Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues
- Managed orders related issues. For e.g Cancelled, Refund and etc
Required Skills and Abilities
Qualification
- Preferably specialised in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
- Able to understand and carry out instructions accurately and in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and a fast learner
- Possess a can-do attitude
