The Programme

Job Description 

Responsibilities 

  • Perform end to end of online eCommerce merchant management and operations environment  
  • Manage SKU listing and uploading from time to time 
  • Work closely with our Category Management team to do end to end support 
  • Manage Merchants enquiries and relationships 
  • Daily merchant communications for example on order fulfillment and customer services 
  • Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues 
  • Managed orders related issues. For e.g Cancelled, Refund and etc

Required Skills and Abilities 

Qualification 

  • Preferably specialised in Marketing/Business or equivalent. 
  • Able to understand and carry out instructions accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Strong communication skills  
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and a fast learner 
  • Possess a can-do attitude
