Intern - Duty Travel - HR

What You Will Do

• Assist in planning and coordinating duty travel arrangements.
• Help with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Maintain travel records and ensure all travel policies are followed.
• Provide administrative support to the Duty Travel team.
• Review and audit expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to resolve expense-related issues.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) or a recent graduate.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that set you apart from the crowd.
• A keen eye for detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• The utmost discretion when handling confidential information.
