• Take charge of managing the IT equipment stores, ensuring proper tagging, records, and deployment. 
• Be a part of the exciting world of IT by assisting with the installation, configuration, and setup of equipment. 
• Provide top-notch technical support and guidance to our end-users, ensuring their computing needs are met with ease. 
• Play an essential role in the onboarding and offboarding process of our staff, ensuring a seamless transition. 
• Show off your troubleshooting skills by providing support for Meeting Room Video Conferences systems. 
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and support. 
• Assist your superiors in managing end-user computing files and documentation. 
• Ensure all processes comply with policies and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Gain experience in technical support for various offices across the AirAsia Group in Malaysia.

Required Skills and Abilities 

As an ongoing Diploma or Degree student in the Information Technology field of study, this is your chance to get hands-on experience and shine!  
 
Here's what we're looking for: 

• Proficient in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills. 
• A team player who can drive collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• An analytical thinker with a knack for data, who enjoys problem-solving.
