Associate - Talent Acquisition - Center of Excellence - 1 Year Contract

The Programme

• Be the go-to person for candidates and hiring managers, making sure everyone has an awesome experience. 
• Handle the whole TA process from A to Z: scheduling interviews, doing reference checks, collecting pre-onboarding docs, and more. 
• Keep in touch with hiring managers and candidates to make sure everything’s on track. 
• Partnering with TA to perform pipelining, market mapping, and sourcing candidates. 
• Share insights on talent availability, competitor landscape, and market trends. 
• Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday updated with all the latest info.

What You’ll Learn:

• Sourcing: Discover the best ways to find top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline. 
• Recruitment: Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. 
• Talent Engagement: Learn how to engage and retain top talent through effective communication and relationship-building. 
• Stakeholder Management: Develop skills in managing relationships with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates. 
• Team Collaboration: Become a key team player, working closely with different departments to achieve common goals.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh grads or those with up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. 
• Ability to juggle multiple recruitment processes at once. 
• Great communication and presentation skills. 
• A solid understanding of diversity and inclusion principles. 
• Experience with recruitment software and ATS (Workday is a plus!).
