Graduate Technical Program -Quality Engineering- Science

The Programme

In your new role you will:

• Technology Development/Transfer Project support. 
• Collect and analyze quality lessons learned and ensure risk mitigation plan in place. 
• Support technical risk assessment and problem-solving moderation. 
• Support deviation/change management moderation after T/TX7. 
• Establish Kulim’s PPAP documentation for ATV products.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree / Master / PhD Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, equivalent Engineering or Science discipline. 
• Fresh graduate. 
• Ability to apply Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA. 
• Strong analytical skill with systematic approaches. 
• Willing to explore in depth technology & process assigned. Initiate continuous improvement project for any process weaknesses. 
• Passionate about Quality system & likes to deliver the best. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (knowledge in excel macro is preferred), PowerPoint and Words. 
• Good communication skills & interpersonal skills. 
• Interest in interaction with all levels of employees internally or externally.
